1. Our Commitment
Wings Outreach Foundation is immensely grateful for every donation we receive. Your contribution is vital for us to continue our work in empowering underprivileged communities through education, women empowerment, health, and skill development. We are committed to using your donation in the most effective way possible and to maintaining transparency and integrity in our operations.
2. General Policy on Donations
As a registered non-profit organization, we operate on the principle that all donations are voluntary and are considered final, non-refundable gifts. We do not provide refunds for donations once they have been processed. This policy is in place because funds are allocated to our various programs and projects in a timely manner, and reversing transactions can incur administrative costs and disrupt our planning.
3. Refunds in Cases of Erroneous Donations
We understand that errors can happen. We are happy to consider a refund only in the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate Transaction: If you have accidentally made the same donation more than once due to a technical or processing error.
Incorrect Amount: If you have accidentally entered an incorrect donation amount (e.g., you intended to donate ₹1,000 but mistakenly entered ₹10,000).
4. How to Request a Refund
If your situation falls into one of the categories above, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of your donation.
To request a refund, please email us at Deva@wingsoutreach.in with the following information:
Your full name (as it appears on the donation).
The date of the donation.
The donation amount.
The transaction ID for the donation.
A clear explanation of the error and the reason for the refund request.
Proof of the error (e.g., a screenshot of your bank statement showing the duplicate transaction).
5. Processing of Refunds
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within 7-10 working days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original mode of payment within 15 working days.
Please Note: Any payment gateway charges or processing fees deducted at the time of the donation are non-refundable and may be deducted from the final refund amount.
6. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring (monthly) donation, you may cancel it at any time. To cancel, please contact us at Deva@wingsoutreach.in at least 10 days before your next scheduled donation date. Please provide your name and the donation details so we can identify and stop the recurring payment.
7. Policy Changes
Wings Outreach Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
